Find Your Balance in an Out of Balance World - A motivating, educating,
sometimes humorous outline of Barbara's new book: Find Your Balance in an Out of
Balance World. Attendees will learn how to get over too much food, too little time,
too many excuses and take care of yourself! Barbara uses a simple moderation and
balance approach to overcoming our out of balance world sprinkled with a few
simple Grandma's rules.

Just Do Something! Getting Started is the Hardest Part - "Exercise" doesn't have
to be timed, planned or analyzed. Keep it simple and just get up and do something!
Easy ways to get yourself in motion and push aside the mental obstacles that keep
you from change.

Negative Mindsets - What's Keeping You From Change? - We all know what to do,
so why don't we do it! This session helps you identify the excuses, bad habits,
denial and blame that keep you from changing your behaviors. Then gives you a
path towards positive thinking by learning the AAA's to success: Awareness,
Acknowledgement and Accountability.

Diet Myths, Lies and Deceptions - Nearly 70% of us are dieting, yet, 95% of us fail.
If you are one of these statistics, maybe you need to stop dieting! This program
shows you why dieting doesn't work and helps you begin a different path to lifetime
weight maintenance.

How To Lose Weight In The Real World - This session provides you the basic
instruction on the principals of weight loss. Learn to read food labels, how to
estimate calories in food and control portion size. We'll also help you to maneuver
yourself in our hectic, nutritionally void, high calorie environment so you can eat out
and still manage your weight. An eye-awakening program that helps people realize
just how much they might be overeating and discover how simple losing weight can
be.

No Excuse! Healthy Cooking Demo - Cooking for the real world! Learn how to get
back in the kitchen and start cooking healthy meals in 20 minutes or less, with one
pan and no recipes! We'll race to see which is faster, the drive thru, or the stove.

Raising Your Children Well - It's hard to keep your kids healthy when junk food is
everywhere and video games rule. Help your kids maintain their weight in today's
environment. Get realistic tips on how to effectively guide your children to make
better choices.

Strength Training 101 - We'll show you how to have an in-home gym for under $100
and learn why working with weights is so popular and important - especially for
women over 30. Eight-week education program is also available.

Stressed Out - Checked Out! - Some experts say that 50% of chronic disease is
stress related. We look into what makes our lives so stressful, how to recognize
good stress from bad, the warning signs you need help, and how to find balance in
